K-HHMI Visiting FellowsDr. Lucienne Ronco - Volume 4: Genomics and Proteomics
Cancer Principal Scientist Lucienne Ronco has her Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from UCLA where she worked in the lab of Dr. Judith Gasson. Her research focused on the structural analysis of the binding subunit portion of the human form of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor. Her postdoctoral fellowship was spent in the laboratory of Dr.Peter Howley at Harvard Medical School where she studied the transforming and immune evasion properties of the HPV E6 oncoprotein. Dr. Ronco is a Principal Scientist with AstraZeneca's newly forming Oncology Bioscience in Waltham Mass.
